Ivy Fisher (Joanne Kelly) pasa por su mejor momento: es una mujer muy inteligente y atractiva, dueña de su propio negocio. Una mujer adentrada en la treintena con una vida personal relegada a un segundo plano que se ha esforzado al máximo para sacar adelante su carrera profesional. Sin embargo, durante una reunión con un importante inversor, su cuerpo comienza a fallarle. Después de pasar por un mareo y por un terrible dolor de cabeza, Ivy pierde el conocimiento.
